Completion Requirements: To be eligible for a refund, you must have completed Modules 1 and 2 of the course. This ensures that you have fully engaged with the foundational content and given the program a fair opportunity to meet your needs.

Participation in Coaching: You must have attended the Onboarding 1:1 coaching call and at least two group coaching calls. Our coaching sessions are a critical component of the PREA experience, and participating in these sessions is essential to fully benefit from the program.

How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund request, please follow these steps:

Email our support team at [email protected] within 30 days of your enrollment. Please include your full name, the email address you used to enroll, and a brief explanation of why you are requesting a refund.

Attach or provide proof of completion for Modules 1 and 2 (such as screenshots of your course dashboard) and confirmation of your attendance at the required coaching sessions.

Processing of Refunds

Once your refund request is received, our team will review your submission to ensure that all conditions have been met. If your request is approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
